Valiant Home Remodelers Participates in the 16th Autism New Jersey Golf Tournament

Valiant Home Remodelers, a third-generation family business established in 1956, took part in the Annual Liberty Mutual Invitational Charity Golf Outing hosted by Autism New Jersey. Our company joined the tournament under the Michael J. Valiant Sr. Foundation, which was the presenting sponsor of the event. Held last September 8, the 16th golf tournament raised more than $135,000.

Supporting Autism New Jersey

Autism New Jersey is the largest organization in the state composed of professionals and families who have committed to helping improve the lives of persons with autism and their families. The organization focuses on building meaningful connections and spreading information about the condition to build awareness. To achieve their goals, Autism New Jersey holds events and conferences regularly.

The 16th annual charity golf event was a remarkable one. It had the biggest turnout in the history of the organization, with 230 golfers in attendance. Furthermore, this year’s tournament was one of the organization’s biggest yearly fund-raising events. Apart from supporting various fund-raising events, the Michael J. Valiant Sr. Foundation is also an active member of the organization, as Gino Valiant leads the association as president of the board of directors.

Caring for Our Community

To honor our father and give back to the community that continues to support us, we formed the Michael J. Valiant Sr. Foundation in 1997. Since its establishment, we’ve been reaching out to different organizations with the support of the Carteret community.

Other organizations we’ve extended our assistance to are Carteret Specials, Elizabeth General Hospital, and Carteret Housing Authority. Our foundation also supports various churches, such as St. Francis Cabrini’s Church, First Baptist Church, Holy Family, and Sacred Heart Church.
