Double-Hung Windows
This traditional window style is found on nearly every home in the country due to its excellent functionality and practicality. On a double-hung window, both the top and bottom sashes move up and down to encourage air circulation. In contrast, on a single-hung window, the top sash remains fixed in place while the bottom sash moves up and down. Many double-hung windows also feature tilt-in sashes for easy cleaning from inside your home.
Because double-hung windows slide vertically without taking up additional space, they are an ideal solution for areas where a window cannot protrude, such as near a patio, walkway, or porch. They can also be used as an effective design element when combined with picture and radius windows.
Create a Custom Look with Window Options
In addition to different sizes and configurations, you can further customize your double-hung windows with various screens, grid patterns, exterior, and interior colors, hardware and more. Our windows are available in durable vinyl, composite, and several beautiful wood types so you can achieve a look that complements your home perfectly.
Look for the ENERGY STAR® Label

The ENERGY STAR program helps homeowners select products that have been independently tested to effectively reduce the transfer of heat, so your home uses less energy for heating and cooling. Better performance is better for the environment and better for your pocketbook.
