business continuity as we closely monitor and respond to the evolving coronavirus (COVID19) situation.

Above all else, we want to let you know that the well-being and safety of our customers
and employees is, as always, a top priority. We sincerely hope that you, your families,
friends and loved ones are staying safe and healthy during this time.

• We are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of all VHR employees and are working
  to provide a healthy and safe working environment. This includes daily cleanings of
  our facility. Additionally, we have in place all necessary systems needed for remote
  (Work-at-Home) functioning.
• Be assured it is our intention to fulfill all commitments to our customers with the
  level of service you have come to expect. But most importantly, all Valiant
  employees having direct customer contact, specifically sales and installation
  personnel, have been instructed to follow guidelines issued by the CDC that are
  designed to protect your and their health.
• We have communicated with our employees and installers to let them know that
  we’re doing everything we can to continue with project work, but that under no
  circumstance is it acceptable to come to work with any flu or cold-like symptoms.
  Further, they have been made aware that everyone must be paying hyper-attention
  to personal hygiene and the respect of personal space.
